Mr. Wu Yimin awarded as 2007 Top 10 Leading Figures of China Software Industry In April 15, the list of winners of “The Seventh (2007) Top 10 Leading Figures of Chinese Software Industry & Top 10 Leading Enterprises of Chinese Software Industry” launched by CCID (China Electronic Information Industry Development Institute), Software World and China Software Industry Association, was announced in Beijing. President Wu Yimin of Beijng Infobird Software Co., Ltd. was awarded as “2007 Top 10 Leading Figures of Chinese Software Industry”.
Beijing Infobird Software Co., Ltd. is a domestic well-known developer of call center software. It has taken the first market share in call center middleware market since 2004. What is more, winning the large clients like General Electric Company, Metlife and PICC, Infobird was making a name in the industry. In 2005, winning Alibaba call center project after defeating several international competitors by overwhelmed advantages, Infobird gained great reputation within the industry.
Under the leadership of President Wu Yimin, Infobird has been highly developed for 8 years in call center system field. Now it has become the leader in call center field from the used provider of call center middleware and call center integrate product. Infobird has also put the software at a new high-position in call center system.
Mr. Wu gave a presentation of “Let the call center enter the age of cloud computing”, which fully showed Infobird’s creative achievement in call center industry. The exploitation and application of “cloud computing” mode will bring the call center industry into a new age to realize the great plan of ubiquitous services.
With the further expansion of call center application, it becomes harder and harder for traditional centralized call center to meet modern business and services needed flexibility and scalability. Call center field faces a complete mode revolution. Infobird has seized the opportunity and developed the call center based on Internet architecture by using “Cloud computing”. This architecture abandoned the traditional call center switch, neither to build a centralized call center surrounding one switch. It will greatly enhance enterprises’ business flexibility, becoming the main force of expanding business and making the earth flat.
