Recently, Infobird got the approval of CNCCA (China Call-Center & CRM Association) to become a Council Member.
Founded in 2001, CNCCA is one of the supporting organizations of the industry’s governing department to manage call center and CRM market, and is the only industry association in call center and CRM field filed in Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs.
