In mid-February, 5 governors from Guangling District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, have visited Beijing Infobird Software Co., Ltd., communicating the progress of the cooperation in building Yangzhou “China voice valley” Base. This is the second friendly communication after both parties subscribed to the cooperation agreement in Jan. Infobird President Wu Yimin and Vice-president Jiang Dongliang presented this meeting, giving the guests a detailed introduction of call center’s developing history, the functions and applications of Infobird SaaS Call Center Qitongbao. Both parties showed strong confidence in this cooperation prospects.
The acquisition of Infobird and Jiangsu Information Service Industry Base started from the China (Nanjing) International Software Product Expo. in Sep., 2008. Infobird’s professional level and industry reputation gained from 10-year focusing on call center field aroused the interest of the leaders in Jiangsu Information Service Industry Base. Afterwards they had close contacts and initially set the intention to cooperate. Under the agreement, Infobird provides the base with outsourced call center operation service and call center solution. Through leasing physical agents and other ways, Infobird supplies the space, physical agents, call center equipment, network, system management, maintenance and other services, to maximally meet enterprises’ needs. It is expected that by the end of 2009 Infobird will finish the construction of 1000-agent call center platform and put it into use. According to general understanding, the current domestic call center outsourcing services are used for individual projects, while Infobird “entire outsourcing” mode will make the history of domestic call center outsourcing operation services.
Jiangsu Information Service Industry Base is the only professional industry base throughout the whole province, established by the cooperation of Jiangsu Information Industry Department and Yangzhou Municipal People’s Government. It firstly points out the goal of creating “China Voice Valley”, and strives to build a top brand in Chinese Call Center Service Industry within 2-3 years. As an excellent brand in domestic call center industry, Infobird has the opportunity to cooperate with Yangzhou government to create “China Voice Valley”, which will promote its own brand building.
Infobird have achieved a series of positive results from effective cooperation in developing software and call center service industry with all levels of government since 2008. It has coordinated back and forth with Beijing Miyun Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Suqian government to build Beijing Miyun Call Center Industry Base and Suqian Economic Development Zone Information Service Industry Base. Infobird has made positive contribution to their successful construction and development.
